Manchester United will attempt to put their disappointing weekend loss to Huddersfield Town behind them on Tuesday when they face Swansea City in the Carabao Cup last 16.
The Red Devils are the reigning champions and Jose Mourinho will, no doubt, be keen to see his players recover from the embarrassment of losing so convincingly to a recently-promoted team.
Defender Kyle Bartley is a long-term absentee for Swansea as he continues his recovery from a knee injury. However, Wilfried Bony could be available for selection again having missed over a month with a hamstring injury.
Potential starting XI:
Fabianski; Fernandez, Mawson, Olsson, Naughton; Sanches, Britton, Carroll, Ayew, Narsingh; Abraham.
Marouane Fellaini is unlikely to feature, while Paul Pogba, who is recovering from a knee injury, is also among those unavailable. Mourinho hinted that Zlatan Ibrahimovic would play in 2017, but it will be a number of weeks before he sees competitive action again, while Marcos Rojo is also ruled out.
Potential starting XI:
Romero; Valencia, Lindelof, Smalling, Shaw; Matic, Herrera, Mata, Mkhitaryan, Rashord; Lukaku.
